By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Lukscord application or web services at lukscord.tatrus.org, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all usage and uninstall the software.

Any account actions, suspensions, or bans imposed by third-party service providers;
Data loss, client crashes, or unauthorized access to user hardware or software.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mikros and associated service providers from any claims, losses, or legal liabilities arising from your use of the software.

3. DMCA Copyright & Intellectual Property Protection

Lukscord respects the intellectual property rights of all copyright holders. All third-party trademarks, service marks, brand names, product names, and logos referenced on lukscord.tatrus.org are the property of their respective owners.

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted or distributed through Lukscord infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA Takedown Notice to our legal contact at admin@tatrus.org including:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location;

Lukscord respects user privacy. We do not collect, store, or sell personal identifiers, chat contents, or credentials. Auto-update requests query https://lukscord.tatrus.org/api/updates solely to check for valid version hashes and fetch updated bundle scripts.
